1. Deposits and Refunds
a. Deposit Refunds: Customers who have placed a deposit for the purchase of a lab-grown diamond from their pet’s ashes or fur may request a refund within 14 days following the reception of the deposit amount. If the customer decides to cancel the order within this timeframe, they are entitled to a full refund of the deposit amount.
b. Shipping Initiation: If shipping of the ashes or fur has already been initiated before the cancellation request is made, the return of the ashes or fur will be the responsibility and cost of the customer.
2. Product Returns
a. Eligibility: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
b. Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event that the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage for our assessment.
c. Return Process for Defective or Damaged Products: To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product, customers must contact us at contact.foreverinmyheart@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once the return authorization is approved, customers will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
d. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for defective or damaged products will be covered by Foreverinmyheartpets.
3. Refunds
a. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
b. Refund Amount: If the return is approved, the refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred by Foreverinmyheartpets and any restocking fees, if applicable.
